1. How do I set up a New Mailbox?
- Press VM button on the phone
- Enter your password (same as extension number)
- You will get a message saying “Welcome to Quick Set-up”
- Follow the audio prompts
- After making entries, press the # button
*If you don't get a message saying “Welcome to Quick Set-up,” then the mailbox will need to be reset.
2. How do I Listen to my Messages?
- Press the VM button
- Enter your password (same as extension number)

3. How do I remotely Check my Messages?
- Dial into the auto attendant
- After the auto attendant answers, press 7
- Enter extension number
- Enter your password
- Listen to your messages
4. How do I Directly Transfer to Voicemail?
- While on a call, press Cnf/Trn (you will hear feature dial tone)
- Press VM Transfer or #407 (you will hear entry tone)
- Enter the VM mailbox number then press #
- Call will transfer immediately and your extension becomes idle
5. How do I Internally Message via Voicemail?
- Press the VM button
- Enter your password
- For advanced options, press 3
- For quick messaging, press 3
- Enter the extension #
- Leave a message
- To send the message, press 1
6. How do I set the VM System Time?
- Press the VM button
- Press * twice
- Press 7
- Press 9 0 0
- Press 9 0 0
- Follow audio prompts
7. How do I record System Greetings?
- Press the VM button
- Press * twice
- Press 7
- Press 9 8 0

- Press 1 to play current greeting or press 4 to go to next greeting
- Press 4 until it says greeting 1
- Press 5 to record
- Press 0 to save or 5 to record again
- Hang up, call voicemail again, and select open mode
8. How do I select Open/Closed Mode?
- Press the VM button

- Press 1
- Press 1 for open, 2 for close, 3 for holiday, and 4 for workday
- Press 1 and wait for greeting to play
- Hang up

1. How do I access Quick Set-up for New Mailboxes?
- Press the VM button and wait for Voicemail to answer
- Enter your password (same as extension #)
- Listen to hear a message saying “Welcome to Quick Set-up”
- Listen to each of the menu instructions and follow exact procedures
- Your password: we suggest not to change it for a while as it is
the same as your extension #. Press 1 to bypass this step
- Your name: press # after you say your name
- Your "no answer" greeting: press # after you record your greeting
- Your "busy" greeting (press # after you record your greeting
- Directory assistance: If you want public callers to be able to find
your extension, enter your last name by instruction. Press 1 to bypass
this step
- When finished, press 1 to accept all quick set-up changes
- You will hear “Congratulations! You have successfully completed
quick set-up”
- Hang up
2. How do I change my Password, Name, Greeting, or Directory Assistance?
- Press the VM button
- Enter your password
- Press 8 to take you back to the quick set-up menu
- Press 4 for the mailbox options menu
