Teleco Perfect Voice Office TIS16 Voicemail Systems

1. How do I set up a New Mailbox?
  1. Press VM button on the phone
  2. Enter your password (same as extension number)
  3. You will get a message saying “Welcome to Quick Set-up”
  4. Follow the audio prompts
  5. After making entries, press the # button
*If you don't get a message saying “Welcome to Quick Set-up,” then the mailbox will need to be reset.
2. How do I Listen to my Messages?
  1. Press the VM button
  2. Enter your password (same as extension number)
  3. Follow Audio Prompts
3. How do I remotely Check my Messages?
  1. Dial into the auto attendant
  2. After the auto attendant answers, press 7
  3. Enter extension number
  4. Enter your password
  5. Listen to your messages
4. How do I Directly Transfer to Voicemail?
  1. While on a call, press Cnf/Trn (you will hear feature dial tone)
  2. Press VM Transfer or #407 (you will hear entry tone)
  3. Enter the VM mailbox number then press #
  4. Call will transfer immediately and your extension becomes idle
5. How do I Internally Message via Voicemail?
  1. Press the VM button
  2. Enter your password
  3. For advanced options, press 3
  4. For quick messaging, press 3
  5. Enter the extension #
  6. Leave a message
  7. To send the message, press 1
6. How do I set the VM System Time?
  1. Press the VM button
  2. Press * twice
  3. Press 7
  4. Press 9 0 0
  5. Press 9 0 0
  6. Follow audio prompts
7. How do I record System Greetings?
  1. Press the VM button
  2. Press * twice
  3. Press 7

  8. Press 5 to record
  9. Press 0 to save or 5 to record again
  10. Hang up, call voicemail again, and select open mode
8. How do I select Open/Closed Mode?
  1. Press the VM button
  2. Press * twice
  3. Press 9 1 0
  4. Press 1
  5. Press 1 for open, 2 for close, 3 for holiday, and 4 for workday
  6. Press 1 and wait for greeting to play
  7. Hang up

Teleco Perfect Voice Pinnacle Voicemail

1. How do I access Quick Set-up for New Mailboxes?
  1. Press the VM button and wait for Voicemail to answer
  2. Enter your password (same as extension #)
  3. Listen to hear a message saying “Welcome to Quick Set-up”
  4. Listen to each of the menu instructions and follow exact procedures
    • Your password: we suggest not to change it for a while as it is the same as your extension #. Press 1 to bypass this step
    • Your name: press # after you say your name
    • Your "no answer" greeting: press # after you record your greeting
    • Your "busy" greeting (press # after you record your greeting
    • Directory assistance: If you want public callers to be able to find your extension, enter your last name by instruction. Press 1 to bypass this step
  5. When finished, press 1 to accept all quick set-up changes
  6. You will hear “Congratulations! You have successfully completed quick set-up”
  7. Hang up
2. How do I change my Password, Name, Greeting, or Directory Assistance?
  1. Press the VM button
  2. Enter your password
  3. Press 8 to take you back to the quick set-up menu
  4. Press 4 for the mailbox options menu

Toshiba CTX or CIX Phone Systems

1. How do I access the set-up to change the Time and Date?
Do not pick up the handset. This procedure must be done at display phone.
  1. Press the hold button * # * # 1 * 2 * 3 *
  2. Display says your password =
  3. Enter 0 0 0 0
  4. Press the hold button
  5. Display says prog =
  6. Enter 9 0 2
  7. Press the hold button
  8. Display says select param
2. How do I change the Date?
  1. Press the intercom button
  2. Enter the date: yy/mm/dd
  3. Press the hold button

  5. Lift Handset and return to cradle
3. How do I change the Time?
  1. Press the line 1 button (button directly above intercom button)
  2. Enter the time: hh/mm/ss (military time must be used
  3. Press the hold button
  4. Press the hold button

Toshiba DK Phone System

1. How do I set the Time and Date on the Toshiba 16?
This procedure must be done at extension 10 (usually the receptionist phone).
  1. Leave the handset on the hook
  2. Press intercom 6 5 2
  3. Enter military time: hh/mm/ss
  4. Press redial
  5. Press speaker
